The front of the Stacker 832 is very clean but somewhat menacing. Loooking at it head on, gives you a good idea how massive this case is. The door is constructed of 3 mm thick aluminum and there is a clean Cooler Master logo in the center. The back does seem to look out of the ordinary. There are PCI brackets on the bottom, a fan in the middle section and the PSU bracket on top. There are a lot of locks for the sidepanels and the tray itself. These are all made out of black plastic.

Both sides of the Stacker look identical, but cannot be interchanged. There is a large metal grill embedded inside the aluminum to aid airflow. With such a large area to let air pass through, the case temperatures should not rise much above room temperature. On the center of each these side panels is a modern Stacker logo.

Cooler Master has decided to include two seperate I/O areas in this case. The first is located above the door and gives you access to two USB 2.0, one FireWire and the usual audio connectors. The second area is placed on top of the case. Here you will find two additional USB 2.0 connectors, the reset button, hard drive activity LED and power button. This large case should be placed under your desk, which makes the placement of the power and reset button perfect. Cooler Master has covered this part with a thin plastic film to protect it from scratches during shipping.

The back of the case can actually be taken apart to fit a BTX board as well. Cooler Master put a lot of engineering into the mainboard tray, making it modular. The PCI brackets and fan area can be seperated and arranged to fit a BTX board if needed. The top holds the locks for both doors and a cover for the power supply. You may choose to install the PSU with the fan facing downward or toward the top.
