The manufacturer Cool Jag is certainly not as well known as the big players in the industry, but their Falcon 92 Cu shows very good design ideas. In our testing we saw good cooling performance which was only lacking a bit when the CPU's heat output was very high. On the other hand the Falcon 92 Cu is very quiet, you can barely hear it. This means it is a viable choice for a desktop PC where you prefer silence over insane performance.
Overall the installation is easy to do, the clip mechanism where you screw the mounting pieces sideways into the cooler is just genius because it offers great vertical strength while being easy to maintain. Other steps of the installation aren't working as well, but even non-experts will be able to perform them.
With a price of just over $50 it is in range with similar offerings from other companies, if you want to spend less you can go with the Falcon 92 Al which is just a bit less, both in performance and price.
