Finished Looks
Corsair's Hydro Series H105 simply looks splendid when paired with the MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming motherboard and AMD Radeon memory I use with the test system. Obviously due to swappable colored rings for the pump, this kit would have been a true sight to behold had Corsair only included swappable colored rings for the SP120 fans as well.
The thicker radiator may prove troublesome depending on the case so keep that in mind.
Clearance around the socket is miles ahead of typical heatsink and fan options. Users should have no issues plugging the EPS 8-pin connector in, and the H105 will not block any expansion slots, although its clearance is nothing special as it is the main reason AIO liquid coolers are so popular.
The Corsair Hydro Series H105 does not block off any memory slots, expansions slots, or fan headers and plugs. Clearance, as I stated above, is perfect, but you have to make sure the case it is installed into can accommodate the 63 mm thick radiator/fan combo. The H100i was, fans included, only 52 mm thick.
