The Gamer Storm Captain 360 with its red and black theme goes well with the test system's MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming motherboard.


The radiator, like with most other closed-loop coolers, is big and black and kinda boring. The fans' red blades and red ring go a long way to spicing things up in terms of looks, while the red coolant and red LED lighting on the pump take it a step further. In terms of looks, the Captain 360 from Deepcool takes the cake.


As with most AIO liquid coolers, clearance is very good. No obstructions around the socket makes getting to the top of the motherboard and the EPS 8-pin connector a breeze. Sadly, the 360 mm radiator will make installing the cooler into many of today's most popular cases impossible.


There are no issues to report on in terms of memory-, socket-, EPS-8pin-, and PCIe clearance. Keep in mind, however, that this huge radiator will require an equally large chassis.
