Packaging and Accessories

Packaging for the DeepCool KG722 is clean and simple, with the company adopting a predominantly white color scheme on the cardboard box. The company logo and product name are on the front, along with a render of the keyboard all lit up, and I appreciate the USB cable to show people this is a wired keyboard. Product specifications and company contact information are on the back, along with notices about which particular SKU this is given DeepCool supports multiple languages for the KG722. Interestingly, this is also how I found out there is scope for this keyboard to come out with other switch options down the road. A seal and double flap on the side keep the contents in place during transit, and opening the box, we see the keyboard inside a thin foam wrap with cardboard all around for further protection. The various accessories are underneath or to the top in a separate layer, and we see  DeepCool blue color accents throughout.

There's not much in the way of accessories, with DeepCool providing a multi-language user manual (online copy here) that goes over the setup and pre-programmed functions aboard the KG722. There's also the expected detached USB Type-A to Type-C cable for wired connectivity, and rounding off the unboxing experience is a handy metal wire-style keycap puller. This keycap puller has longer wires than usual, which work great for removing multiple keycaps in a row—it is one of the best such implementations I have used to date.
