Shape

This shape has been around for several years at this point, but it's still a rather unique and unusual design. The most peculiar design trait is surely the pronounced ring finger rest (or pinky rest, depending on your grip) on the right side. This finger rest is contoured in a way that has the pinky neatly fit to the right as well. Additionally, the left side extends a bit further, providing a small thumb rest area as well. Clearly, this shape is intended to be used in palm grip, and yet the hump is only mildly pronounced and extends almost fully flat across the width. The left side isn't raised much, either. Another peculiarity is the sensor's position. No matter which grip is used, the sensor will always sits a fair bit lower than on most other mice. This is mostly something that requires some good getting used to and not an inherent flaw or anything of the like, though.

As for grip styles, I'd say the DM2 Supreme, despite being mostly intended for palm grip, can be used in claw grip just fine as well. Using fingertip grip, on the other hand, is nigh impossible. It's a medium-sized mouse with a mildly pronounced hump, which should make it suitable for most hand sizes. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the DM2 Supreme quite comfortable in claw grip.
