Shape

The DM4 Evo is a right-handed ergonomic mouse. While the shape clearly incorporates some design elements taken from the Logitech G403, it would be inaccurate to call it a "clone." The general contour of the G403 is certainly in place: The left side is raised, while the right side sits significantly lower at the front in particular; the butt flares out considerably, especially on the right side; the left side is horizontally curved, which creates a natural resting place for the thumb; and the front is tapered. At the same time, the DM4 Evo is notably less bulky and not as tall overall, with a similarly sloped, but less tapered and pronounced hump. The hump is particularly noteworthy as it is arguably the most divisive design element of the G403. For those who liked everything about the G403 but the hump, the shape of the DM4 Evo should fit the bill very well.

As for grip styles, I'd say the DM4 Evo can be used just fine in all three main grip styles—palm grip, claw grip, and fingertip grip. It's a medium-sized mouse with a moderately pronounced hump, so it should fit most hand sizes. For reference, my hand size is 19x10 cm, and I found the DM4 Evo very comfortable in claw grip.
