A look Inside
Tearing the ECS LIVA Q apart is honestly quite easy, but has few benefits. Removing the four corner screws will give owners access to the system's interior. There are no SO-DIMMs, CPU sockets, M.2 slots, etc., to be found. The system is essentially what you see is what you get as there is no real capability for upgrades.
The unit is honestly quite unique with a dual-PCB design that features the CPU on the backside, where it and other components, including the DRAM, are cooled by thermal pads that transfer the heat to a passive heatsink. Interestingly, there are two DRAM modules on the board, which AIDA64 confirms to be configured in dual channel.
