Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis
EVGA is using twelve phases for the GPU voltage, which is controller by an OnSemi NCP81610 controller.
The memory VRM is 2-phase and managed by a second OnSemi NCP81610 controller.
The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4Z80325BC-HC16. They are specified to run at 2000 MHz (16 Gbps GDDR6 effective).
NVIDIA's TU104 graphics processor is the company's second-largest chip using the Turing architecture. It is produced on a 12 nm process at TSMC, Taiwan and has a transistor count of 13.6 billion, with a die size of 545 mm².
