The Fosi Audio K7 ships is a relatively small cardboard box, which hints towards the smaller footprint of the device itself. On the front is the brand logo and product name to go with a simplified render of the product and a marketing tagline below. On the side we find out the product return/warranty/customer support details, with a two-year warranty at least putting this above the usual single year from most other Chinese audio brands. Open the box to see a thick foam sheet on top with an even thicker foam piece occupying the bulk of the box. There are machined cutouts to accommodate the accessories in their own compartment, with the K7 snugly fit into a separate one to prevent any damage on its way to you.
Fosi Audio provides a detailed multi-language user manual going over the setup and use of the K7, and I highly recommend going through it to make the most of the product and its available features. We also get a USB Type-C to Type-A cable, with the latter being a Type-A adapter over the integrated Type-C connector as seen above. This allows you to connect the K7 to a source client that has either Type-A or Type-C connectivity options for use with the USB input to the device. Fosi Audio also provides a 3.5 mm y-splitter to allow you to connect a headset with 3.5 mm TRRS (audio in and mic out from the same cable) connection to the two separate 3.5 mm TRS connectors in the K7, as well as a Bluetooth antenna to facilitate with wireless connectivity. The K7 does not have an internal power supply, with Fosi Audio instead providing a 24 W external power supply that then connects to AC power as seen above.
