Shape

Prior to release, the MVP Wired has been purported to be strongly inspired by the Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical (WMO), which is a classic shape, yet one that hasn't been fully replicated to this day. In truth, however, the MVP Wired bears little more than a passing resemblance to the WMO. Unlike the ROCCAT Burst, the MVP Wired does have a centered hump, but other than that, the similarities are quite limited. The biggest difference is the front: Whereas the WMO slopes down considerably towards the front, the MVP Wired keeps its profile much higher, resulting in a significantly bulkier profile overall. Furthermore, while the sides are almost straight on the WMO, they curve inwards to a much greater degree on the MVP Wired. The changes make the MVP Wired feel less nimble in hand than the WMO despite overall dimensions being quite close. Part of what made the WMO special is the low button height at the front, which has been turned into its opposite on the MVP Wired. Taken on its own, the shape of the MVP Wired is quite agreeable, especially for full palm grip, but as a WMO replacement, the ROCCAT Burst fares better in comparison.

As for grip styles, I'd say the MVP Wired mostly suits palm and claw grip. It's a medium-sized mouse with a bulky profile and moderately pronounced hump, which should make it generally suit most hand sizes. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the MVP Wired comfortable in claw grip.

Dimensions

This table includes the dimensions of the Gamesense MVP Wired and several other ambidextrous mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler. For a full list of all measurements taken, please refer to this sheet compiled by an esteemed community member.
