The Gigabyte B550M AORUS Pro features a 13-phase VRM configuration with doublers to split the 5 Vcore phases.


Gigabyte is using a Renesas RAA 229004 PWM controller to drive the B550M AORUS Pro. Intersil doublers are used on all Vcore phases.


The Gigabyte B550M AORUS Pro uses discrete MOSFETs for all 13 phases. Each phase consists of an ON Semiconductor NTMFS4C10N high side and ON Semiconductor NTMFS4C06N low side MOSFET.
