Shape

As one would expect, the shape of the Model D Wireless is no different from the Model D. In terms of dimensions, the Model D Wireless sits somewhere between the Zowie EC1 and EC2, though being not as bulky as the EC1, and with the back and front not flaring out as much as on the EC1. As a right-handed ergonomic design, the Model D Wireless has a raised left side, along with a relatively narrow front but a wider back. While the left side has a major curve horizontally, the right side barely has any curves, which enables one to position the fingers freely there. The hump sits right in the middle and slopes down gradually towards both the front and the back. The main buttons feature moderately deep comfort grooves. Another detail worth mentioning is that all the edges (particularly around the base) are rounded, which makes it very comfortable to rest one's fingers there. The only difference to the Model D is the lack of holes on the main buttons. As a result, only parts of the top and bottom are covered in holes now, while everything else is solid.

As for grip styles, I'd say the Model D Wireless generally suits all three main grip styles, which are palm, claw, and fingertip grip. It is a large mouse with a fairly pronounced hump, which should make it generally suit bigger hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the Model D Wireless very comfortable in claw grip.

This table includes the dimensions of the Glorious Model D Wireless and several other right-handed ergonomic mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler.
