Introduction
AMD's HD 7700 Series has been out for a while now, and most board partners have released their customs designs. The card is based on AMD 28 nanometer silicon and the GCN shader architecture for a promise of lower power consumption and increased performance.
The HIS HD 7750 IceQ X Turbo is the company's latest entry-level card and comes with a 100 MHz GPU overclock out of the box. The card also uses a dual-slot cooler and improves power delivery by adding a 6-pin PCIe power connector.

The Card
The HIS HD 7750 IceQ X uses a fairly standard cooler design, but HIS did add a bit of bling around the fan.
Installing the card in your system requires two slots.
Display connectivity options include two mini-DVI ports, one full-size HDMI port, and one full-size DVI port. You may use all outputs at the same time.
The GPU also includes an HDMI sound device. It is HDMI 1.4a compatible, which includes HD audio and Blu-ray 3D-movie support.
The card has a single CrossFire connector, which allows a dual-GPU CrossFire configuration with another HD 7750.
