Value and Conclusion
- The 32 GB (2x 16 GB) HyperX Fury 3600 MHz kit is available for around US$187.99.
- Solid performance out of the box
- Low-profile design
The HyperX Fury is a good-looking memory kit with a silver accented black design that is neutral enough to fit most builds. The low profile of the heat spreader will make the HyperX Fury a great kit for those with cooler clearance concerns.
The HyperX Fury also performed well in testing. However, for overclocking, the HyperX Fury proved to have little to no overclocking headroom, with no stable overclocks at XMP timings on my ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 7 Intel test bed and only reaching 3800 MHz stable with my MEG X570 ACE. I also was not able to make significant improvement to the timings on my AMD test bed.
The tested specification of the HyperX Fury is currently available for US$187.99. Given the poor overclocking performance, the HyperX Fury would need a significant price cut in order to be worth considering.
