Installation
To install the DX 360 MAX on Socket AM5 you will first want to get the fans installed on the radiator and pre-connected. This will make later steps far quicker and easier. Next you need to prepare the CPU socket by removing the motherboard's plastic brackets and screwing in the standoffs.
With that out of the way, secure the mounting brackets to the standoffs followed by applying the included thermal paste, or a paste you prefer. Once that is done position the pump block on the CPU and attach it to the mounting brackets, alternating till fully secure.
Now mount the radiator to the chassis and plug everything in and if you like a cleaner look install the tubing clips.
Overall, the installation is very easy on AMD and Intel, with no real complications. ID-Cooling really has done a great job with the mounting hardware when it comes to ease of use.
