A big thank you to ID-Cooling for supplying the review sample.
ID-Cooling has significantly evolved since being established in 2013. Over the years, it has rapidly increased its market presence and continuously improved with each product release. An ability to adapt quickly to industry trends and advancements, while systematically enhancing performance, has entrenched ID-Cooling as a major player in the DIY PC market. By delivering effective and affordable solutions, it has built a strong following, particularly with the SE-224-XT series, which are some of the best entry-level air cooler options on the market.
In this review, I examine the FROZN A620 PRO SE. This dual-fan, dual-tower compact heatsink has been rated by ID-Cooling to handle 260 watts. More importantly, its price tag of $29.99 means that if it lives up to these expectations, it could be a killer value offering. Sure, the cooler doesn't have ARGB lighting or a fancy coating on the fins, but in situations like this, that can be desirable since the focus is on performance and value, not aesthetics at the cost of performance. So, let's take a closer look and see what it is capable of.

Packaging
ID-Cooling sticks to their black and orange themed boxes which is honestly nice to see since it makes taking photographs that much easier. The front has a vibrant color image of the cooler while the left side has the supported sockets listed. As for the back it has various dimensions and specifications of the FROZN A620 PRO SE.
Looking on the right side all there is to see is the product name, while the top has the ID-Cooling logo. The bottom panel is bare too, overall one of these panels would be improved by adding an easy-to-read warranty length badge or note for quick reference.
Contents
The cooler comes encased in a cardboard box of its own inside the outer packaging, while all the miscellaneous mounting hardware components are in a separate box. Overall, nothing out of the ordinary and the cooler arrived in pristine shape.
The FROZN A620 PRO SE has solid socket support in that any semi modern mainstream Intel or AMD socket is supported out of the box. While there is no Threadripper or HEDT support, which is not unexpected, ID-Cooling is proactive in listing support for Intel's upcoming LGA1851 socket.
