Installation
Installing the cooler is a rather simple, but you will want to take care of a few tasks before doing anything else. To start you will want to attach the proper mounting bracket for your socket to the pump block. Then to make things easier it's a good idea to install the fans and attach the daisy-chainable units together so you don't have to mess around with wiring things up in an enclosed space. The last bit of prep work, at least for AMD systems, is to remove the motherboard's plastic brackets.
Now, for AMD systems, slide the black plastic insulators over the backplate on the front side followed by screwing in the AMD standoffs, which should seat firmly onto the plastic insulators. Next apply thermal paste and as always do a better job than I do in these photos. Finally, position the CPU pump block onto the standoffs and secure it with the thumb screws. Make sure to alternate in a crisscrossing pattern to apply even pressure.
Now mount the radiator to the chassis and plug everything in.
Overall, the installation is very easy on AMD and Intel, with no real complications.
