Far Cry 5

Far Cry 5 takes you to Hope County Montana and some of the poorest parts of America, where far-right militia run amok and law-abiding people face a bleak future. You embark on a quest to systematically take down the so-called Project at Eden's Gate militia led by a self-proclaimed messenger of God and his band of three siblings who each control one of three zones in Hope County, specializing in guns, drugs, and religion. This open-world first-person shooter has many interesting call-outs to the state of political discourse in America.

Based on the latest iteration of the Dunia engine, the game takes advantage of DirectX 11, but is heavily taxing on the machine to build a realistic rendition of the great American outdoors.
