I would like to thank Lian Li for supplying the review sample.

The Lian Li Lancool 207 managed to capture quite the attention when it was first shown off at Computex. It aims to provide fully functional ATX board support in a compact, mATX like package. This is achieved by some creative rearranging of components underneath the shroud. On top of that Lian Li has put a focus on cooling, with four embedded fans. The Lian Li Lancool 207 is available in both black or white. This review covers the black variant of the enclosure.

Packaging

The Lancool 207 ships in the usual brown cardboard box, with an image of the chassis on the front and some additional shots on the back of the packaging. Both sides don't really have much additional information, except the model number which also denotes the color.

The chassis is held in place by two compact but well-designed Styrofoam spacers. A plastic bag has been applied as well, ensuring that the Lian Li Lancool 207 arrives at your house in immaculate condition.
