Logitech has definitely taken a big step forward with their wireless gaming mice. The G602 not only features a brilliant ergonomic design, but the performance of its sensor is also topnotch. Battery life of the mouse is better than that of the last generation of wireless gaming mice, but comes at a weight penalty, since Logitech decided to go for standard AA batteries. Their weight is one of the bigger issues with the mouse, and we are left to wonder how well the mouse could perform if it had been fitted with a more exotic Li-Po solution. That said, this mouse performs well, even in FPS games where accuracy and low latency are huge priorities. It is not the best FPS gaming mouse out there, but it is more than good enough for casual gaming. RTS and RPG gamers will love the button solution and layout on the G602. All buttons can easily be reached, and every mechanism performs really well. That, combined with one of the most comfortable shells out there, makes the G602 a perfect mouse for prolonged RTS- and RPG-gaming sessions.
