Introduction
Logitech recently acquired Ultimate Ears, and we are now seeing the first co-branded products from Logitech UE. The Logitech UE Boombox is a relatively big, portable speaker with Bluetooth connectivity and a battery that will last around 8 hours. You can also hook Bluetooth up via a normal mini-jack device.
Logitech UE has gone all out with this design; it is simplistic and well crafted. The exterior is made of anodized aluminum with an aluminum drive cover, and it all looks brilliant. The base is made of rubber, which shows that they have also considered sound performance and usability. Its design makes the boombox look like a fusion of Apple, B&O and UE.
This feature-packed, good-looking device can be had for around $350, which is certainly an ambitious price.
