The Montech HyperFlow Silent 360 builds on the lessons learned from previous HyperFlow models and refines them into a higher-tier product. On our AMD Socket AM5 test platform, we observed some regression in the max TDP test. However, in the regular TDP tests, it maintained a slight advantage. Although the differences were minimal, after multiple runs and remounts, the HyperFlow Silent 360 consistently held the lead.
On the Intel LGA1700 test platform, the results were different. Montech's latest model managed to outperform its ARGB-equipped predecessor in the max TDP test and showed a noticeable lead in all standard TDP tests. It excelled particularly in noise-normalized results, taking the top spot in every test. This makes the HyperFlow Silent 360 one of the best options for Intel-based systems for those who want to keep noise levels low. Given its affordable price, it offers great value considering its performance.
Montech offers a six-year warranty for the unit, which provides significant peace of mind. The build quality is solid, with no major issues to worry about. The updated mounting hardware for AMD is also a plus since it now uses four contact points. Memory and GPU clearance is perfect as well. Meanwhile, the daisy-chained fans, with their increased thickness, make cable routing easier. You can hide the standard fan connectors in the space for the fan screws. While it takes a bit of finesse the anti-vibration rubber pads will hold the fan connectors in place while keeping everything neat and tidy.
The unit is visually appealing with a simple design. The absence of ARGB LEDs gives it a stealthy look, highlighted by the black-on-black Montech branding on the radiator and pump. This is a refreshing change from competitors' more flashy designs. The only slight mismatch is the chrome stickers on the fans, but they do complement the chrome-style fittings on the radiator. If I could change anything, I would fully commit to the black-on-black color scheme. Still, it's an attractive option unless you specifically want ARGB lighting. In that case, Montech offers other models that meet those needs.
In summary, the Montech HyperFlow Silent 360 is an excellent all-in-one liquid cooler. It builds on previous models by offering better performance and lower noise levels. Additionally, it comes with an impressive warranty and an attractive design alongside useful features, making it easy to recommend, especially for Intel builds, where its performance truly stands out.
