Sniper Elite 4

What started out as an inter-season filler, the "Sniper Elite" series quickly gained popularity as a rich single-player stealth shooter with World War II as the backdrop. Sniper Elite 4 is set in some of the most beautifully rendered Mediterranean locations of Fascist Italy. Set in the immediate aftermath of Sniper Elite 3, you reprise the role of a legendary OSS sniper sent solo to sabotage a secret Nazi weapons programme, and assassinate the people behind it.

Based on an updated Asura Engine by Rebellion, Sniper Elite 4 takes advantage of DirectX 12 and is heavily taxing on the system. You are handsomely rewarded for faster hardware. We used DirectX 12 in our testing.
