Sleeping Dogs

Sleeping Dogs is a GTA-style crime/action adventure developed by Square Enix. You are Wei Shen, an undercover police officer who is infiltrating the Hong Kong Triads. The game's unique combat system gives you significant freedom over your movement, action you take, and counter-attacks - individual body parts can also be targeted.

A custom in-house engine was developed, to provide DirectX 11 graphics using a deferred renderer. This makes complex characters and graphic effects required for a realistic view of the beautiful city of Hong Kong possible. We tested at highest settings, with super-sampling disabled.
