MSI KB DS4200 GAMING Keyboard

This is the MSI KB DS4200 GAMING keyboard. It is a full-sized keyboard, with domed switches. The bottom is nice and flat, although there are feet included.

The feet have dual positions, so you can chose which angle the MSI KB DS4200 GAMING keyboard sits at. I chose to not extend the feet.

The design is pretty simple, with just the MSI dragon logo over the indicator LEDs, and a lightly textured wrist rest, which helps keep your palms cool. I'm not saying that because that's what MSI touts as a feature; that's literally how using this keyboard affected my hands.

For an entry-level GAMING keyboard, the MSI KB DS4200 GAMING keyboard is pretty well suited. Although it doesn't have mechanical switches that is favored by nearly all users, the action provided by these switches is decent enough for daily use by me for many weeks. There are LEDs here that backlight the keys, and you can adjust the brightness but not the colors, and I wasn't too fond of that. The colors extend like a rainbow across the keys; green on the left, red in the middle, and blue on the right, with varying shades all between.
