Introduction
I would like to thank
Nanoxia for supplying the review sample.
After the pleasure of reviewing the Deep Silence 5 Rev. B, we are now looking at the smaller, more affordable Deep Silence 1 Rev. B. Don't let the name fool you: It is of traditional mid-tower size and can hold a fully sized ATX board. This review will highlight the updates and changes to the original Deep Silence 1.

Packaging
Nanoxia put the Deep Silence 1 Rev. B into a black and white cardboard box with a simple drawing of the chassis and some icons for its features on front. The rear details these features, and both side panels are identical. You will find the specifications and a mention of which color is within the box on those.
Foam spacers with a cardboard shell as reinforcement hold the fairly heavy chassis in place, protecting it from falling damage, while a plastic bag keeps fingerprints and light scratches away. Nanoxia also added two Styrofoam pads in the front and rear for some further protection.
