As I mentioned previously, running this kit at its rated speed is no easy task. Prior to this, I mapped out the system agent and memory controller (IMC) voltages required for different speeds and configurations. Without this information, running the DD4-5000 can be a challenge. I could not initially get these to run above 4800 MT/s. After a few hours of troubleshooting, I narrowed down the problem. By starting fresh with a clear BIOS and a bit of trickery, I was able to get these to run properly eventually. This required 1.5 V (SA) and 1.6 V (VCCIO2). These are not considered safe daily operating voltages!
