The S300 series uses very soft cushioning and will, as such, be comfortable after even many hours of use. Furthermore, the S300 EX is wide enough to easily accommodate users of up to the suggested maximum weight (135 kg). While both the backrest and seat's base have contoured edges, they do not confine a user to the chair due to the chair's dimensions. More than five different kinds of users have tried out this chair. At 56 kg and 160 cm (62.99") tall, I was the smallest and lightest of those, while the tallest was 193 cm (73.98 ") tall, weighing 100 kg (220.46 lb). We all had a very comfortable sitting experience because of the excellent cushioning and dimensions of the chair.
The PU cover does not have any open pores on the backrest or on the seat base, but the chair has an integrated HEAT (Health Enhancing Adjustment Technology) system, which Nitro Concepts says to make for sweat-free gaming sessions. Since we made use of this chair in an air-conditioned room, we did not run across any sweat-related issues due to the PU cover. All users mentioned how smooth the chair's cover felt, and that it was rather comfortable to sit in. The ergonomics were adequate and pretty easy to use as well.
The armrests were not as large as we would like, and moving them forward and backward occasionally happened accidentally. The chair's height-adjustment range covers the needs of both tall and small users since my feet touched the ground nicely at the lowest setting and were up in midair at the highest setting.
The provided cushions are comfortable, with the neck cushion being extra soft. We would like to have this filling for the lumbar-support cushion as well, mainly to see what it would feel like. The chair's casters are smaller than on other chairs, but roll quite well, especially on flat surfaces.
