Packaging for the NIZ Plum x87 is on the simpler side of things with a plastic wrap over the product box to keep it pristine in transit. The box itself is plain cardboard with a printed strip in the middle that goes over the side and onto the back, and it has "NIZ Plum" written all over. Stickers on the side state more about the specific SKU you have, and a QR code on the back leads you to the company's WeChat profile that I did not proceed to test further. Two side flaps and a double-flap in the middle keep the contents inside in place during transit.
Opening the box, we see the keyboard enclosed not only inside another plastic wrap to keep it free of dust, but also a plastic blister mold that acts as a dust cover in addition to adding protection to the keyboard in transit. There are also cardboard layers all around to further protect it, with accessories seen underneath a pamphlet or in a separate compartment above to prevent any scratches. The pamphlet here is not very useful for non-Mandarin readers, unfortunately. That said, the renders and occasional English wording do tell you more about how to change layouts for OS support, for example.
The other accessories here include a nice cable in braided white sleeving that goes from a male USB Type-A connector on one end to a male USB Type-C connector on the other, which points towards the adoption of Type-C connectivity on this keyboard. There is also a cool metal wire keycap puller where even the base is made out of coiled wire. Last, and one that certainly says more about the switches here, is a set of add-on springs and replacement modifiers for use with the keyboard.
