The thick, cold foam and metal frame deliver a firm, sturdy feel that will last many years. Be that as it may, I find most noblechairs gaming chairs to have a sturdy sense. I am a small person, below 65 kg (143.30 lb.), which might be why. However, some co-workers who sat on this chair and the other chairs from the same brand agreed with me. Firm padding is a one-way road for a gaming chair to maintain its shape and be durable and comfortable for more prominent end-users. To make things worse, compared to a Thermaltake Cyberchair E500 featuring mesh material, the Hero doesn't feel all that comfy after 5–6 hours of use. I am lucky enough to have many gaming lines in my chair arsenal; some of them have the same PU type of upholstery as the Hero ST.
I have yet to encounter sweating issues in climate controlled environments and temperatures up to 30°C (give or take). Additionally, the chair is effortless to clean with a wet napkin.
The backrest is tall and wide with slightly contoured edges. The headrest contains memory foam. Thus, it is suitable to be used without additional pillows. Tall users may find it optimal to have the neck cushion in place. After all, the small cushion also has memory foam for extra comfort. The chair's adjustable height makes it ideal for differently sized users. The seat base has no raised edges, allowing the entire area for use. The chair's design sports a bucket seat reminiscent of track cars; fortunately, there is no confinement on either the backrest or the seat, as in most sports cars. Its 4D armrests operate like a breeze, and luckily their PU material fits nicely with the chair's faux leather cover. The armrests have wide dimensions and a satisfying feel. The rocking mechanism is a blessing in disguise for the entire body, while the backrest's tilt function can certainly be helpful in case of a light nap or a casual gaming session.
The chair's distinctive characteristic is its integrated, adjustable lumbar support system, which aims to relieve and prevent back pains. Since this chair has such a sophisticated lumbar support system, the two gratis cushions would be missing from the bundle. Nevertheless, they are present, and I always use the lumbar support. Both cushions have straps that secure them in place.
Altogether, the Hero ST makes for a great impression, but its price tag comes to mind!
