Installing the Ocypus Iota L36 is quite easy. Since the fans come pre-installed the only thing you might need to do is orient them differently depending on how you want to route the cables. That said, the first step will be to install the fan cable splitter / extension now so you don't need to deal with it later in a cramped chassis. While this setup uses standard connectors they do stick out a bit so they don't like to lay flush to the fans, as can be found on some AIOs that opt to go with a non-standard connector that terminates into your regular 4-pin PWM connector. That out of the way the next step on Socket AM5 is to remove the motherboard's plastic brackets and install the universal standoffs.
With the standoffs properly installed you can then place the mounting brackets on top and secure them with the included thumb screws. Next you can either use the included thermal paste or apply your preferred thermal paste if you have one. In this case I used Arctic MX-6 as I do with every cooler. With everything ready to go, place position the pump block on the CPU and tighten the retention screws to the mounting bracket, alternating repeatedly for even pressure. I would prefer four separate mounting points for better pressure but the mounting hardware Ocypus is using does work well and if you alternate repeatedly it does apply fairly even pressure.
Now mount the radiator to the chassis and plug everything in making sure to connect the USB header to the motherboard for display control which does require some lightweight software.
Overall, installation is very easy on AMD and Intel, with no real complications.
