Phanteks Revolt SFX 750 W Platinum

Before we dive into the details of the chassis, there is the power supply that is being released at the same time. As the name implies, the Phanteks Revolt SFX 750 is a 750 W SFX form factor PSU. Phanteks makes no secret of the fact that Seasonic is behind the unit, and naturally also mentions that it is 80 Plus Platinum certified. Being semi-passive, the embedded fan will not spin up until a certain load has been reached. Just like the Shift XT chassis, black foam spacers and a bag hold the unit in place within the cardboard box.

You will receive a well-rounded set of extras consisting of an ATX frame, Velcro ties, and classic zip ties. Naturally, there is an external power cable and all the internal leads which are sleeved black and geared towards compact builds with their shorter length compared to ATX variants. Lastly, there is also a user manual and some basic mounting information.

The Revolt SFX 750 has prominent branding on both smaller sides. The panel that is usually facing the exterior of your build is vented and sports an on/off switch right above the power plug.

On the interior of the fully modular Revolt SFX 750 are a total of eight sets of connectors to match the eight included cables. These include three for SATA/Molex as well as four for CPU and GPU power delivery. The ATX connection is split into two differently sized plugs, which is a pretty common practice these days. You will also find Phanteks branding on the fan grille, and a larger sticker holding all the detailed specifications on the larger, solid panel of the power supply housing.
