The Package

The Sennheiser GSP 301 comes in a great-looking and well-made box. The front of it depicts the headset, informs us of its supported platforms (PC, Mac, PS4, and mobile devices), and tells us that we get a two-year warranty. On the rear is a list of features in a couple of languages, as well as an exploded render of one of the ear cups. Here, we can see the built-in dynamic driver, its armature, one of the ear cushions, and the noise-canceling microphone.

On the sides, we can see what the GSP 301 looks like when you look at it from the left and right.

Here's what you'll find when you open the box. Everything you see here is packed inside a plastic box placed inside the outer carboard box, so the contents are well protected. Aside from the headset, there's a safety guide and a single adapter one can use to turn a pair of 3.5-mm TRS plugs into a single 3.5-mm TRRS plug. You'll need it if you want to use the headset with a device that uses a combined 3.5-mm input and output, such as a laptop, console, or mobile device.
