SilentiumPC was founded in Warsaw, Poland in 2007. They have since come a long way. They started small with the release of their "Zephyr" fan. Since then, they have moved on from such humble origins to end up winning Benchmark.pl's Manufacturer of the Year award in 2012. Taking into account their continued dedication to improving on and expanding their product lines, they now offer fans, CPU coolers, cases, power supplies, and all-in-one liquid coolers. Their steady growth can be attributed to their commitment to not only quality but performance per dollar. Hopefully, they will eventually expand to new markets outside of Europe.


Today's review will focus on the SilentiumPC Grandis 3 EVO ARGB and Grandis 3 dual-tower coolers. These heavyweight monsters remain affordable as the company continues to focus on giving users the best value options they possibly can. Both of these coolers are essentially the same, with the biggest difference being the nickel-plated finish and ARGB fans on the EVO model. Otherwise, the base design is identical. In terms of weight, the Grandis 3 EVO ARGB is a bit less at 961 g vs. the Grandis 3 at 985 g.
