Spire Sentor 6004 Review

A Closer Look - Outside »

Introduction

I would like to thank Spire for supplying the review sample.

To give you an idea about the brand and its views, their stigma is "Spire-Powered by Innovation". Their About Us page gives some insight as well:
Spire targets the sophisticated middle-class demographic group that demands style, reliability and performance. As computers and consumer electronics converge, many build your own mainstream enthusiasts desire computer accessories, PC cases and Thermal solutions that combine elegance and design with the capability to integrate with their home design and can be well-displayed within a home while delivering the best performance.

We will be taking a look at one of their latest cases by the name Sentor 6004 today. The unit features an extended chassis, timeless design and six preinstalled fans. Spire mentioned the fact that the case is still "low noise" on their site, so it will be interesting to see if this holds true.

Packaging

Spire ships the chassis in a simple cardboard package. Both large sides only hold a big company logo, while the smaller panels are void of any information as well. I am not sure how a gamer is supposed to go for a case like this by simply looking at the box. There is absolutely nothing on here which could peak someone's interest. The Sentor 6004 is sandwiched between two sturdy and fairly thick Styrofoam spacers, so you should not have to worry about any damage during shipping.

Contents

There is not a lot included with the case. A manual, a pamphlet and a small bag of screws. I would have liked a few zip ties, for example. Before you say that the amount of screws is not adequate, you will see later on that Spire has included enough.
