Installation
Installation is pretty straightforward. Remove the four screws holding the heatsink together.
Add thermal pads on top and bottom. Do note that the thermal pads are longer than the actual heatsink. You can either cut off the excess, or leave as-is.
Here we can see the final coverage. If you look closely at the SSD, you can see that not the full controller chip is covered. This is the main source of heat, but thermal test results are fine as we'll see on the next page.
When installed, the Airflow 1 looks gorgeous, but it does take up quite a bit of space.
