Packaging
The chassis ships in a brown and black cardboard box with an image of the case on the larger panels as well as one of the smaller sides. On the other side, there is a specifications table. Even though the box is rather small, you still get two carrying handles to make transport as easy as possible.
Two solid Styrofoam spacers secure the TR100 from bumps and drops, with a plastic bag intended to keep away fingerprints and scratches.

Thermaltake ships a full set of screws, a locking clip to secure your GPU and a color matched frame in case you have bought their LCD screen as well. A roll of Velcro is also included, which you may cut down to size as needed. This is a nice addition, considering the accessories box also contains zip ties. On top of that, you will find a PCIe ribbon cable in white to match the interior of the case. While the inclusion of such an element is not unique, the fact that these are all white certainly is. Lastly, Thermaltake is one of the last brands to still consistently include a paper manual to assist you during the assembly process. While it does lack a little detail here and there, it is still a welcome sight.
