Introduction

I would like to thank XPG for supplying the review sample.

As the name implies, the XPG Starker Air is a variant of the original Starker with a focus on airflow. By providing a vented front panel while still using the same magnet-equipped steel front, the XPG Starker Air solves the restrictive airflow issue of the original while providing a bit more design to the whole look and feel of the chassis. Just like the original, it is available in either black or white and sports a pull-up front dust filter and some subtle ARGB elements.

Packaging

XPG ships the Starker Air in a plain brown box with an image of the enclosure on front and a blow-up diagram of it on the rear. One side lists the unit's specifications, while the other leaves room for shipping labels, but also comes with a sticker for the color variant inside.

Two solid foam spacers hold the chassis in place, and a clear plastic bag keeps fingerprints and scratches away during packing.
