Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis

The GPU VRM is six-phase, controlled by a uP9512R controller.


The memory VRM is 2-phase, managed by a uP1666Q controller.


The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4Z80325BC-HC14. They are specified to run at 1750 MHz (14 Gbps GDDR6 effective). It's great to see Samsung memory used here since it overclocks better than the chips from Micron.


NVIDIA's TU106 graphics processor is the company's smallest chip so far to use the Turing architecture. It is produced on a 12 nm process at TSMC, Taiwan and has a transistor count of 10.8 billion with a die size of 445 mm².
