Introduction

Zowie Logo

Established in 2008, Zowie is part of BenQ nowadays and specializes in gaming gear and peripherals. A staple in Zowie's mouse roster for more than a decade, the EC series is updated in two major ways with the EC3-C: First, the EC3 introduces a new, smaller form factor to the EC series. While the width in the front, middle, and back has stayed the same, the EC3 is shorter than the EC2 and not quite as tall. Second, the EC-C series comes with an improved 24-step scroll wheel, a more flexible braided and paracord-like cable, and the ability to set a lower click latency. Furthermore, the EC-C series features two big feet instead of the four smaller ones of the EC-B series. Other than that, not much has changed: PixArt's PMW3360, Huano main button switches, matte coating, and on-board configurability are all present.
