From someone that hasn't liked the modern RE games, basically anything after 3, I have to say I actually did enjoy RE7.

Spoiler: Nothing in this game is Resident Evil. They should've used a new IP instead of trying to use the Resident Evil brand to sell this game.

Been playing the RE series since the first one on Playstation. I clocked a good 2 hours on RE7 and that was enough for me, the game was awful. It might as well just be all cinematics. Probably the biggest waste of money ever in my life.

Hardly a deal, hardly a RE game.

EZ pass is $0. I picked up the EZ pass on pre-order.

Didn't play any other Resident Evil (mostly because of dreadful 3rd person view angles and clumsy controls), but I quite liked this one. It's FPS so it immune to all that crap and some item management gives you better immersion even though some things were a bit weird lol. It was an alright horror game. Would prefer a game with same gameplay style, but located in Raccoon City or the Hive and with normal zombies, the way it was in the original games and movie...

This.

RE7 was a half decent jump scare game and could have been that with any other title. Its weird that they decided it had to be a RE game.

It was odd decision to introduce us to RE world from different perspective in such setup, in some woods with old house and cranky family. Or is this meant as some sort of intro into how Umbrella Corporation received virus samples which they then used to manufacture T-Virus, making RE7 sort of prequel to Resident Evil itself? I just digged the urban setup with slow but deadly zombies more than what RE7 offered. Or visit to The Hive. I love unique mysterious setups, like UNN Von Braun, USS Ishimura, Black Mesa, Talos station, I really like such mysterious places. And RE's Hive is like that.
