Thermaltake Introduces Turquoise Variants of ToughRAM RGB DDR4 Memory Series

Thermaltake today introduced new Turquoise color variants of its ToughRAM RGB DDR4 memory series. These are, quite simply, a turquoise anodized paint-job on the 1.8 mm-thick aluminium heatspreaders of the memory modules; and join other color variants that include Black (default), Metallic Gold, Racing Green, Racing Red, and White. The modules are still crowned by a white silicone diffuser for the addressable RGB LEDs. The ToughRAM RGB DDR4 series comes in a number of speed-based variants, ranging from DDR4-3600 to DDR4-4400. The company didn't reveal pricing.

Hi,
I'm not into TT products but did see some memory someone posted too yesterday 4600c19 2x8gb I believe
Think all high frequency products have wild loose timings so no telling what they are like probably iffy at best Trident-z is still my favorite memory but not the frosting or rgb line ups lol

That colour will really stick out nicely and not match with anything. A brave choice, Thermaltake...

Maybe theyre trying to start a trend.

Whats even better is that you think matching colors matter anymore. Have you seen what some people do with ARGB? Its like my dads christmas decorations in the 90s

More charitable than me. But really I think it might actually sell better because it looks terrible and doesnt match with anything. Only kinda jokin there.

For those wondering why this color, TT has a collab lineup with Hatsune Miku ("anime" female [voicebank] "singer"). The collab is produced by Japanese hardware store Tsukumo.
While the color palette between each item is inconsistent, this turquoise is definably meant to be in that ecosystem.
(TT also doesn't have a bad reputation in Asia other than from custom watercool enthusiasts, which are much fewer in Asia compared to the US.)
