Apogee Releases Demo for Rise of the Triad: LUDICROUS EDITION

DEMO OUT NOW - It's time to GET LUDICROUS (for free). Shareware Lives! Just in time for Steam Next Fest we've released the Shareware Demo (it's just a demo) for...Rise of the Triad: LUDICROUS EDITION.

Join the H.U.N.T., an elite squad of special forces, and investigate mysterious activity off the California coast to unravel the mystery of the Triad cult. Select from five operatives, each with their own hit points, speed, and accuracy statistics, and blast a path back to Los Angeles. Play through five separate campaigns, including new episodes, expansion packs, and never-before-seen Rise of the Triad content from previously-lost beta builds.
The demo features one level (4 levels total) from each episode of ROTT:
  • THE HUNT BEGINS
  • DARK WAR
  • EXTREME RISE OF THE TRIAD
  • and our NEW EPISODE...THE HUNT CONTINUES
Plus you will be able to experiment with a lot of the NEW features available in the full game - such as new HUDS, restored alternate characters, alternate weapon sounds, uncapped FPS, ultrawide support, different soundtrack options, full controller support, FOV sliders, LUDICROUS lighting and MORE!!!


We've really thrown the kitchen sink at this remaster and we hope you appreciate it.

I really enjoyed the 2013 game. I love quality oldschool games.

I had a lot of fun with this oddball shooter BITD. It was quite innovative for its time. And the soundtrack is still among my favorites!
