are you using the 3090 in the "previous" slot again? if not, that might be the cause.
check what settings are applied related to pcie in bios (e.g. what pcie version is set/auto)
I used a different slot for the driver installation. But plugged it into the first slot after driver installation since it is x16 I think. Oh I remember to have Installed the GTX 1070 Driver first as shown in the GPU Z.gif then 8GB of RAM was detected, then I installed RTX 3080 Driver then some more Memory got installed, and then I installed the newest 3090 Driver. Sorry that I didn't take a Screenshot of the 3080 Driver.

I have used the card on a freshly installed Windows now, it shows the same Problem. Same Processor, MainBoard, and Ram but different SSD. Also I have tried to install it on the Computer where I got the 1070 from also the same problem. o_Oo_Oo_Oo_Oo_O

This seems all very fishy to me.
But as long as it works now with the Backups it should be fine. Thanks for help everyone.

Have you taken off the cooler from the gpu at any point ? Would be interesting to validate what actual chip is on it ? Or at the very least show us a picture of the 3090 in your pc :)

For anyone with the same Problem [code 43]

1. Pluged in a different Graphics card and installed its driver
2. Shut down
3. Installed rtx 3090 in a different slot and installed the driver for the rtx 3090.

Seems to work fine :D.
Don't know why and how it worked but it worked.
Looks more like a motherboard issue.

I did take off the cooler before to verify it is a 3090 because i have heard there are 3080 sold under 3090's. I don"t want to take off the cooler because I will have to apply new cooling paste. But I have verified it.

My system is:
Ryzen 7 5800x
X570 gaming edge wifi
Ddr4 3600 vengeance pro 32gb
2tb sn 850 pro
1tb 970 eco plus

Looks more like a motherboard issue.
Don't think so. Because it showed the same problem on different system where I got the 1070 from.

Maybe there is a Chip on the 3090 telling the conputer the identity of the card, since I could just install any driver when I have the 1070 in a different slot

I dont like ddr6x it runs too bloody hot, my 3080 would hit 100c on the memory untill i changed the pads. rubbish pads they put on in the factory but i dout its the prob with your card as it runs very good on your older drivers, id contact the makers and see if they know of a fix if you can not RMA it.
