Do not buy from cyberpower

Cyberpower is the worst company ever. They took forever to put together the PC, over a month. Then when I finally got it, it had the wrong video card. The sales people had me so angry I had to use nitro spray to stop chest pain. After finally talking to Tech Support I found out that somewhere in the fine print there is a statement that they can make substitutions of components. That is really dumb when it comes to PCs. I have to buy the correct video card myself at an additional $140. I wish I read reviews about this company before I purchased. Almost everyone seems to have problems with them. Missing, incorrect, or broken parts, scratches, or computers that just don't work at all and the customer is blamed for it. Just do not ever buy from this company. From reading the reviews posted about Cyberpower, a lot of them recommended Ironside Computers as a good company. Gave them a try when my son bugged me about getting his own gaming computer. Have to say I'm very happy with the end result. The computer runs great, and comparing my computer to my son's you can tell Ironside put a lot of care into their computer. The only negative thing I could say was that I ordered rush shipping with the computer from Ironside, and they shipped it a day late, but they did give me a call before to let me know it was going to be late and why and they refunded me for the rush service. Considering I ordered a few weeks before Christmas, I wasn't too suprised it was a little late (never order computers as Christmas gifts at the last minute). The computer was shipped out the next day, and still arrived in time for Christmas. Everything came as expected, (Correct video card), and it arrived working great. If Ironside keeps it up they will continue to have my business.

Do you have any connection with Ironside? Please explain... Your post seems a bit wonky... and as your first post it seems you registered to just say this... none the less... welcome to the site. ;-)

I have 2 CyberpowerPCs and they've lasted 3 going on 4 years.

I would buy another if I don't build my own for my next one...
