PROLiNK PRO1301WE LED USB Monitor Pictured
Peripherals maker PROLiNK unveiled PRO1301WE, a 13.3-inch portable display that's USB-powered. The display draws both power and input from the USB interface, and is probably driven by a DisplayLink USB-VGA controller. The monitor features an 8 mm-thick bezel, and a glossy screen, which make it look like an oversized tablet. The monitor uses LED-backlit illumination, which contributes to its weight of just 654 g. The monitor can be mounted onto notebook PCs, or made to stand alone, in portrait or landscape orientations, on an included stand. Slated for formal launch at PC Show 2012, PROLiNK PRO1301WE could retail for SG $229 (US $180).

Curious what the resolution is on this unit.
i thought that it uses some kind of tunnel technology like fetching video output with a display driver from the gpu and then just tunnel it as a video through usb to the display.
That would take some cpu time but still, it makes a third display possible
