AORUS Unveils the X7 17.3-Inch SLI Gaming Laptop

Newcomer AORUS has shown up at CES 2014 claiming to have the 'Thinnest, Lightest GTX SLI Gaming Laptop'. Called X7, AORUS' mobile gaming machine weighs in 2.9 kg, and features a full aluminum chassis that is 22.9 mm thick. The laptop makes use of 'Thermal+' technology and has five thermal pipes, four vents and two fans to keep temperatures in check while playing.

The X7 packs a 17.3-inch (1920 x 1080) screen, a 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7-4700HQ processor, 4/8 GB of RAM (up to 32 GB are supported), dual GeForce GTX 765M card in SLI, up to two mSATA SSDs backed by a 2.5-inch hard drive, a backlit keyboard which includes Macro keys with scissor-type switches, Killer LAN, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, two speakers, two subwoofers, and five USB ports (3 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0).
