GALAX GeForce GTX 980 Ti OC Graphics Card Starts Selling

Galax announced availability of its GeForce GTX 980 Ti OC graphics card. This card will be sold under the KFA2 brand, in select markets. The card features a custom-design triple-slot cooling solution, mated to NVIDIA's reference design PCB. The cooler features a large aluminium fin-stack heatsink cooling the GPU, and smaller heatsinks over the memory and VRM; ventilated by three temperature-activated fans. The card offers factory-overclocked speeds of 1025 MHz core, 1114 MHz GPU Boost, and an untouched 7.00 GHz (GDDR5-effective) memory, compared to reference speeds of 1000/1076/7012 MHz. The GeForce GTX 980 Ti offers 2,816 CUDA cores, 176 TMUs, 96 ROPs, and a 384-bit wide GDDR5 memory interface, holding 6 GB of memory. The card is priced at 679.90€ (including VAT).

You know, that's a pretty good looking cooler if I do say so myself. The color scheme mixed with the silver bolts just add to the cards looks and give it a tough look. Would not mind building an air cooled PC with some of these!

Looks like a great heatsink on the vram/vrm (maybe better than ACX). Can't wait to see it reviewed.

From the very limited view seems like a great card to stick an EK thermosphere on, shame its a reference PCB
