ATITool 0.26 Released

The latest version of your favorite ATI (and now NVIDIA) overclocking tool has been released today! Take a look here to read about the changes and download it. Thank you to W1zzard for yet another version of this great free utility.

Below are the changes:

• Full support for all ATI and NVIDIA cards. Only X1950 Pro overclocking is not supported.
• To overclock ATI X1k cards, you do not need to disable the services in Windows
• Fan settings can be saved to a profile
• New logo added
• Memory timings can be saved to a profile
• Number of active vertex shaders/stream processors on NVIDIA added
• Log file default maximum size is 2.5 MB
• BIOS dump works on X1000 Series
• Thermal monitoring defaults to on
• Voltage control for several X1800 and X1900 cards
• Control over Adaptive Anti-Aliasing
• New settings tab "Driver Tweaks"
• Current Draw monitoring for several ATI cards

Yes, please! I have a 1950 arriving in the mail today! Can anyone provide a good forum/tread on TPU dedicated to ATITool X1k 2D/3D mode support?

I think you mean, Does anyone know a thread that can help me OC my 1950?

pretty much everything under the 1950 (the latest) is pretty much perfectly overclockable now, mostly thanks to W1zz! :)

The X1950pro is not supported... I'm not sure what you have to do then.

Sorry - it's a X1950XT. I see it says the windows services don't need to be disabled... I was speicifcally wondering if ver 26 allows automatic 2D/3D detection and clock adjustment, and how hard it is to do. Didn't want to turn this comment list into a "how to" thread, so links would be appreciated.

Haven't messed with ATITool with anythign other than a X850Xt and X800GTO recently.

Unless W1zz is lying to us then yes! Give it a go, I'm not sure if it has reduced funtionality or works just as well.

It doesnt have driver treaks for nVidia cards thatz all:toast:
